The members of these teams are carefully selected for their broad and comprehensive backgrounds in various fields of knowledge that enables them to uphold the utmost standards of professionalism when fulfilling the allocated mega projects in the targeted languages.


Editors Team:

The editor checks the work of the previously-mentioned teams to catch any errors before they are moved along in the system. The editor adds more subject matter expertise and performs linguistic quality assurance (LQA) to make sure that the translation is performed with the utmost levels of clarity, correctness and conciseness.


Proofers and Quality Assurance Team:

The proofers team examines the project comprehensively. This team collaborates with the project managers to gurantee that the translated product is provided with a high level of quality and accuracy in both form and content.


Desktop Publishing and Graphics Designing Team:

The members of this team are responsible for reproducing the layout of the source file using the translated content. Multilingual experts in this team eliminate any difficulties that come from text expansion or retraction, or character differences from the original language to the targeted language.



Projects Manager:

An experienced project manager is the focal point of contact throughout the project and has the ultimate responsibility for interfacing between the work team and the client to ensure that the entire project goes smoothly, and for finding and eliminating any errors in the project. Depending on the size of your project, you may have multiple translators and editors, but you most likely will have one project manager overseeing the entire project and delivering the final product.


After-action Review and Clients Feedback:

At the end of each project, there is time set aside for client review. This gives the work team an opportunity to review the project and have one last comprehensive look at the work before being finalized. This is also an opportunity for the client to provide feedback in order to make final improvements on the translated product.
